Saturday

7am Arrive Camp - sign in & find a bunk

7.30 Fitness Testing 1hr

8.30 Breakfast (Cereal & toast)

9am High ropes briefing

9.15 High Ropes

10.15 MMA

11.15 snack break/toilet break

11.40 Travel to Mt Coolum

11.50 Briefing Mount Coolum accent

12.00 Mount Coolum accent race 60min

1pm Lunch break on Mount Coolum (Ham & Chicken salad sandwiches or chicken salad plus fruit)

1.30 Travel back to camp

2pm Boxing & Upper body fitness, strength & endurance training 1hr (2 platoons)

3.00 Snack/toilet break

3.15 Mystery fitness challenge and group fitness games 1hr

4.15 Free time

5.15 Dinner (Thai fish parcels & veg yum)

6.00 Briefing for night river challenge

6.15 Night river challenge 1hrs

7.30 Fire pit

10.00 Lights out - beware


Mystery night time challenge 1hr

Sunday

5.30 Choice of Yoga with Trudi or Muscle endurance training with Amanda 1hr

6.45 Breakfast (cooked breakfast available plus cereal & toast)

7.30 Briefing orienteering & dighy river race plus dinghy preparation

7.45 Orienteering/Dinghy challenge 2.5 hrs

10.15 Snack break

10.30 Kickboxing & leg endurance training 1hr (2 Platoons)

11.30 Toilet/coffee break

11.50 Fartlek training & games session 40 min

12.30 Snack break

1.00 Commando death circuit 1hr

2.00 Shower & clean dorms (assigned tasks)

3.00 Late lunch & presentation
